The National Infantry Museum is a logical choice for companies that want to present a unique and exciting location for their corporate events, from intimate VIP board meetings to holiday parties to large Employee Appreciation festivals. In the past the National Infantry Museum had the privilege of hosting many local companies, such as AFLAC, Southern Company and TSYS, as well as companies as Flex Energy from as far away as California.

Rooms – The National Infantry Museum offers a wide variety of rooms suitable for briefings, board meetings, VIP events, and anything else your company may need to educate employees or entertain out-of-town guests. On Mondays, when the NIM galleries are closed, we can even host large meetings of 500 people in our Grand Hall.

Audio / Visual Equipment – Many of our rooms have state-of-the-art A/V equipment built-in, and, for others, we have portable equipment.

Catering – Valley Hospitality, our catering company, can offer breakfast, coffee breaks, or even a luncheon in the room, so you don’t have to pause your busy schedule for a delicious meal or refreshment. We also have an excellent restaurant called the Fife and Drum if you would like to adjoin to a casual, yet sophisticated, location for lunch or dinner. The National Infantry Museum is a gorgeous setting for a VIP meeting or dinner, with gourmet menus available that will impress any of your important clients. Employee Appreciation / Team – Building / Meeting Breaks – Aside from offering all the amenities a corporate meeting requires, we also have many attractions we can integrate seamlessly into meetings, providing breaks from work that will excite and educate. Your team can enjoy a 45-minute 3D IMAX Film right after their lunch, a round at the Rifle Range to let off some steam, or even a time- or topic-tailored tour by our knowledgeable and passionate docents. Or why not treat your staff to a private competition at the Rifle Range followed by collaborative efforts on our Humvee and Blackhawk simulators as team-building, or a full day at the museum as Employee Appreciation?
