On the grounds of the National Infantry Museum, overlooking the parade field, where the land has been seeded with the sacred soil of battlefields past and present – memorials and Legacy Trees line the Memorial Walk of Honor.

Featured on the walk are monuments placed by military units and associations. Some have been built on-site; others have been moved to this beautiful location. The Memorial Walk of Honor serves as a place for quiet reflection and for honoring Soldiers for their service.

Legacy Tree on Memorial Walk of HonorA limited number of large, healthy maple trees have also been planted along the walk. As monument dedications, Legacy Trees promote healing for families and friends and serve as a living tribute to those who have sacrificed their lives for our freedom. Your donation of $5,000 includes a bronze marker at the base of your tree, engraved with a personal message. A private dedication ceremony will be presented to your family and friends at your convenience.
